Surprise Tennis Club’s USTA Spring Teams Information

Surprise Tennis Club manages USTA teams out of Surprise, Arizona for varying levels of play in men’s, women’s, and mixed (co-ed). Singles play is available for men’s and women’s, and doubles play is included in all the teams.

The USTA Leagues take place on specific days of the week from approximately January through May. All take place in the evenings at approximately 7pm, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday teams, which take place in the mornings, although some afternoon matches may be scheduled due to availability of courts.

Spring USTA Leagues Interest Form

This form is to gauge interest in what teams our Surprise Tennis Players group will offer and if multiple teams will be needed, based on interest. This is not a team registration form. You will be contacted with your team ID and registration information at a later date.

Player registration will begin December 2nd. Six player roster minimum required by NOON on December 6. Matches will begin not before January 5th, 2026.

User Agreement for Surprise Tennis Club Participation

By participating in the activities and programs of the Surprise Tennis Club, I agree to the following: Sportsmanship & Conduct I agree to uphold the principles of good sportsmanship at all times during my involvement with the Surprise Tennis Club. This includes treating all players, officials, captains, and organizers with respect and courtesy. I understand that failure to adhere to these standards, or any violations of the Club’s mission, values, or behavioral expectations, may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the team or club activities and restrictions on future participation. Fees & Payment Obligations I agree to pay all applicable fees associated with participation, including but not limited to: A $44 USTA annual membership fee, payable at the time of registration. Team registration fees ranging from $20 to $40, due at registration. Team court fees estimated between $30 and $75, which vary based on court costs at STRC, the number of home matches, and the number of participants. A $10 Surprise Tennis Club membership fee. I understand that all court and membership fees must be paid to the Surprise Tennis Club by the specified deadline. Failure to make timely payments may result in removal from the team or ineligibility to participate until all fees are paid in full. Media Release I grant the Surprise Tennis Club permission to capture and use photographs and videos of me during club events and activities for promotional and educational purposes. These materials may be used across various platforms, including social media, websites, and other marketing channels. I acknowledge that my image and likeness may be used in perpetuity without compensation. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time by submitting a written request; however, content already published prior to withdrawal may continue to be used. Consent to Share Contact Information I consent to the sharing of my contact information with the Surprise Tennis Club and team captains for the purpose of official club communications, such as meeting notices, event updates, and other relevant club activities. I understand that I may opt out of club-wide email or text communications at any time. I acknowledge that no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
